• Because we offer medical products, some of which require a prescription, you must be an established patient of Northlake Weight Management Center to purchase products online. If you are interested in becoming an established patient please contact us at info@northlakeweight.com or 704.664.4480. At this time, only select products are available for shipping. Please pay special attention to each production description for detailed shipping information.  If you place an order for item and you are not a current patient of Northlake Weight Management Center your order will be cancelled and you will receive email notificaiton.
